Our typical turn around is 48 hours (2 business days) - It could take longer in some cases where more back ground checks are needed.

Top Flite Financial handles the payroll for all employees; we utilize ADP as our payroll provider. We have designed a payroll portal in our back office that keeps track of total hours worked, commission earned and any other payroll adjustments that may be needed from time to time. All you will need to do is monitor your branch payroll for accuracy, we do the rest!

All branch expenses are paid out of your branch operating account by Top Flite Financials accounting department.

Top Flite pays weekly. All funded loans that are in compliance by end of business Friday will be paid out that following Friday.

• 2 years recent branch manager experience
• Credit Scores above 620 (Sub 620 credit scores will be handled on a case by case basis and will require additional branch reserves)
• No felony convictions
• Must be currently registered and in good standing with the NMLS
• Must be able to meet the requirements

Upon approval, you will be authorized to originate in your home state. Additionally, you can apply to originate in any state Top Flite is licensed in - See our Loan Zone.

Top Flite is an Unsupervised (Full Eagle) mortgage banker. We underwrite and fund: FHA, VA, RD, Reverse, and Conventional loans.

TFF is a mortgage banker and Fannie Mae Seller/Servicer. We are fully delegated to UW FHA, VA, USDA, and Reverse mortgages.

Top Flite Financial formally trains every new employee on all aspects of state specific and federal compliance (including but not limited to RESPA, ECOA, TILA, Red Flag, TRID, etc...) prior to granting permission to originate loans. Top Flite Financial requires its employees to be very skilled and knowledgeable in these areas. We have a complete compliance section in the back office of our website designed to keep you abreast of all regulations and any changes within the industry. Our Compliance Department reviews every loan for compliance prior to payroll being disbursed.

No employee is authorized to sign anything that may bind Top Flite Financial in any way. All agreements, contracts or leases must be approved by the President of Top Flite Financial.
