I know that people are much quicker to send negative emails or phone calls than positive, so I just wanted to shoot you a quick email letting you know how impressed and happy our office has been with the way TFF has grown and the people that have been hired in. Recently Mike Bortz helped me push a purchase file through that needed to close; he went above and beyond what I was even expecting to help clear the qc conditions and move the file to closing so that I could make a short sale deadline. Often I think us loan officers feel we are the only ones working extra hard on our files to make them close, but it is refreshing to work with people who make you feel your loans matter just as much to them as they do to you.

I truly appreciate all the work everyone at TFF does, and just wanted to make a point to let you know! Thank you for putting together a great staff!

I’m a believer in .. ‘giving credit, when credit is due’, and I must say that Ms. Tina Smith is AMAZING and very easy to work with. She has been my closer on my last 3 closings this week and last and if I had it my way, I would work with her on every transaction. People/Employees like that make all the difference in the world for us originators. She portrays true value and is wonderful to work with.

Wanted to share a couple things w/ you about the UW Center Grand Opening last Friday in Grand Rapids.

THAT WAS A GREAT event for all of us and in talking w/ others here (W’ston) ~ in G.R. and our branches (this week) I’ve heard so many positive comments. The one thing I’ve heard over and over and over was having the opportunity to put a face w/ a name and NOW we all have a better idea of who we’re contacting or talking with.

When talking with others in G.R. 1 thing I asked everybody I talked to was . . . what is ‘1 thing’ you like about us / TFF and the ‘1 thing’ you’d like to see improvement on. The big positive I heard was the chance to speak immediately w/ a ‘go to’ person and get an immediate answer vs. other companies where you’ll leave a message and not hear back until the next day or 2 or 3 days later. Besides hearing ~ ‘having access to Tracie’ . . . I heard raving comments about Keia / Abbe and Sadie. I learned that these 3 ladies are ‘loved’ by the branches and as Mike C told me . . . ‘I couldn’t believe how nice Sadie was the 1st time I talked w/ her and when I hung up I knew right away I was going with Top Flite’. Dan B ~ Robert B ~ Tony R ~ Pat C were others who commented on the great inner-action they’ve had with Abbe and Sadie. It was so funny and coincidental to me hearing this same thing over and over from others. Pat said . . . ‘does Abbe ever have a bad day’ ? Somebody also told me (can’t remember who) . . . in talking one time w/ Keia and she was able to lock a rate that was lower than originally discussed with the borrower so when he went back to his borrower . . . it made him look like the hero but in reality it was Keia.

As for improvements . . . (in the nutshell) a lot of talk for continued training and education with Encompass and how to properly use. It was suggested (by Melissa) having a scheduled weekly 1 hour (voluntary) webinar to go over specifics or bottlenecks or shortcuts relating to Encompass usage . . . ie: loading documents / each sheet having a barcode so it would automatically download to correct folder.

I must tell you both . . . my short time here at Top Flite has been great and want you to know I’m on board w/ your vision and growth. There will always be growing pains . . . there are always some who are never happy . . .and those who ‘don’t get it’ . . . but your persistence and dreams AND results were quite visible on Friday.

I don’t have to tell you twice . . . ‘There Is A GOD’ and he’s watching over Top Flite! ! !

Hello All:

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the wonderful job that TFF underwriters have been doing and how much of a pleasure it has been working with TFF since the changes last Fall. I wanted to particularly thank Lynda Manack for all of her constant help with my staff (mostly me pestering her with questions) and most recently a knock out job on our Noonan file.

Lynda was under the gun on a purchase that was given to one of my Loan Originators with 9 days to close. Although it did not close in 9 days, which is truly unrealistic for an FHA purchase, we did get it done with a short contract extension. It would NOT have closed even with the extension had Lynda not gone above and beyond her scope of what would be considered to be typical underwriting duties. She offered us an exception that we would have never even thought to ask for. The loan successfully closed today-on schedule and everything couldn’t have been easier thanks to her!

We have been very happy with everyone including Chad and Chris; just to name a few.

It is moments like this that can really define us as a great organization and separate us from other Lenders, Wholesalers and Brokers. We know this would not have taken place at any other company we would have chosen for this loan. It is so easy to get upset and be unpleasant when loans do not always close in the fashion we wish and I think we take it for granted when loans do close without problems. So, TFF, please take a moment to recognize that you are doing a fantastic job and you are greatly appreciated!

I wanted to take a moment to let each of you know how much I appreciate your assistance in closing the Bogan loan for our office on Friday. This was a deal were the contract had expired because of long lender lead times with another lender who had promised me to get the deal done.

  I recently came on board with Top Flite in January and the complete experience has been nothing short of positive, informative and always, always with compassion for their branch managers as well as my employees.

I am an ex-manager with Family First Mortgage and had to make a change because of their company closing. I changed to another company that I wish to not disclose. The other company made it sound as if they were "the company" to go with but after a very short time I realized what a drastic mistake I had really made in changing to their company. I sent two files to QC Wednesday morning with the goal of trying to get them thru QC prior to leaving for my surgery Monday and they are already thru and I got a Wow e-mail from the loan officer.

The communication from the underwriting department recently makes the loan officers feel their importance to our company when they get some fast responses. Final QC and Closing have stepped up that teamwork attitude which they have always had to another level which is just knocking everyone socks off.
