Top Flite is currently looking to match experienced reverse salespeople with our aggressive compensation plan in order to fill a select number of RM positions within our Reverse Mortgage Banking Department.

Underwriter
We are currently seeking a very experienced and well rounded underwriter to work out of our Grand Rapids, Michigan location. Applicants must have 10+ years experience and be well versed in all areas of underwriting including but not limited to Conventional, FHA & VA loans.

Loan Processor
We are currently seeking someone with the skills and abilities to process and close first mortgage transactions throughout the United States. Employee will be required to process and close all types of loan files including, but not limited to: FHA, VA, Reverse, Rural Housing and Conventional product lines. Applicants must be familiar with underwriting and regulatory requirements along with Encompass software.

Closing
We are currently seeking someone to join our Closing Department located in Williamston, Michigan. Employee will be responsible for the day-to-day closing functions within operations including doc preparation of Conventional, FHA, VA & Reverse mortgage products, shipping, and imaging. Minimum 2 years mortgage closing experience.

Funding
We are currently seeking someone to join our Funding Department located in Williamston, MI. Employee will be performing various functions necessary to fund loans, assist in clearing post closing conditions and obtain the necessary government insurance when applicable. This position requires effective communication with customers, title companies and a willingness to work as a team to resolve any/all post closing issues. A minimum of 2 years of funding experience is required.
